Trinity
A letter to friends · September 2026
From Ho

You came alongside me. Here is where it has got to.

Thank you for walking this stretch of the road with me.
Ho Goh
Dear Friends,

Some of you have been praying for me. Some of you have made time to help me think, or to help me decide. Some of you spent an evening reading and reviewing something I had written. Some of you took me out for coffee or lunch. Some of you simply asked how things were going.

All of you intentionally came alongside me, to encourage, to help, and to wish a positive outcome. Thank you.

When I first embarked on the Trinity journey earlier this year, I felt overwhelmed and unprepared for what lay ahead. I still often feel overwhelmed, and the road ahead looks daunting at times. What has changed is that I am greatly encouraged and comforted to have good friends and companions alongside me.

This letter is first of all a thank you, and then a short account of where your support has actually got to.

What your support built

From an idea to something real.

I want to be fulfilled by turning God given talents into the work itself, rather than something I merely use at work. That simple idea led to the inception of Trinity earlier this year. Today it has a name, a brand, an online presence, and proposals that have been submitted.

Trinity coming alongside organisations

Proposals, written for real organisations.

These are some of the proposals submitted in the past six weeks, following initial discussions. Each one is unique and written specifically for that organisation, reflecting their situation, their goals, and using their language. Please have a look, and get a sense of how and where Trinity is positioning itself, and what is being offered.

A note on these pages. Company names, people’s names and identifying details have been replaced with placeholders, and each page carries a banner saying so. What these organisations shared with me stays with me. The structure, the design and the thinking are exactly as they were sent.

Where I need your help

An introduction is worth more than anything else right now.

Every proposal above began with one person saying “you should talk to…”. That is how this work travels. If someone comes to mind as you read this, that thought is the most valuable thing you could give me.

An individual you know

Founders and leaders of an organisation, or those in charge of HR and people. The decision makers on how an organisation actually runs and defines its identity.

An organisation in motion

Growing quickly, merging, restructuring, or putting in new systems and new ways of working. Moments of change are where this work matters most.

Somewhere people feel flat

Good people doing good work, and a sense that something in the culture has gone quiet. That is exactly the ground Trinity is built for.

An introduction can be one line. Either forward this letter to them and copy me in, or simply tell me who came to mind and I will take it from there. I promise to look after anyone you send my way.

The button opens a new email addressed to me, with a few prompts to fill in. Nothing is sent until you press send.

Thank you for staying on the road with me.

I am grateful for the God given talents I get to use, and grateful for every one of you who has prayed, listened, advised, corrected and encouraged. Trinity is further along because you came alongside.

The journey has just started. I would love you to keep walking it with me.
